"exploring the boundaries of creativity in the moving image, onedotzero takes the digital aesthetic into tomorrow."

onedotzero promotes the use of new digital technologies and tools in filmmaking. Breaking out of the conventions of cinema, the festival showcases inspiring, visceral visuals from the worlds of digital film and video, computer gaming, and new media. onedotzero focuses on innovative and progressive, exploratory works from the hottest digital arts talent in this country and beyond.

onedotzero's new programme of work, 'v2: wow + flutter' incorporates the graphic design approach of last year's first festival with personal work from the most vibrant advertising and promo directors. Groundbreaking FMV [Full Motion Video] sequences from arcade and console games are also featured in our 'lens flare' programme, along with a new selection of anime [Japanese animated cartoons], and a programme of shorts from the most promising new talents on the college circuit.
