Orders, Dispatch + Delivery

how will it be delivered?

All items are shipped from the uk.

All items delivered to a uk address will be dispatched using royal mail registered post for tracking purposes.

Items delivered to outside the uk will be dispatched by international registered airmail.

For large orders of multiple copies of products it may be cheaper to arrange a courier. if you are interested in this please e-mail shop@onedotzero.com with your query.

How long will it take to arrive?

Please allow a maximum of 28 days for the delivery of your order and allow for this at our busiest time the christmas period from mid November to mid January.

Currencies

At the moment, the onedotzero shop only supports pounds sterling. it is possible to make an order in other currencies via a bank transfer, but there are conversion costs involved and therefore this is most suited to larger orders. please e-mail shop@onedotzero.com if you are interested.

Cancellations, refunds + faults

If you wish to cancel or return your order, you can do so for any reason within 7 days of making the order. please e-mail shop@onedotzero.com quoting your worldpay transaction id in the subject, and all contact details in your e-mail.

Goods must be unopened and suitable for re-sale, and customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Any item purchased from us, which proves faulty on our equipment, will be exchanged. We retain the right not to fulfil any order.

onedotzero DVDs cannot be returned or refunded for reasons specifying format. The DVDs are multi-region all format, but may not work on older television sets. Please be sure before you order any items from us that you are able to play them.

Lost + missing deliveries

If you think the delivery of your item/items is overdue, please send an email to: shop@onedotzero.com and we will take appropriate action. please quote your worldpay transaction id in the subject, and all contact details in the e-mail.

Collecting information

onedotzero Ltd will collect your personal data in order to fulfil your order. On completion of your order, your personal information will be kept for up to two years. Your credit card information will not be kept after your order has been fulfilled.
