Hi Nik, I don't know any Russian unfortunately, but according to Google Translate: "Город уже не торт..." means "The city is no longer a cake ..." Thanks for the comment anyway!
Hi Matthew, I want to explane you what does the "Город уже не торт" mean. It's a russian meme based on a mistype in the word "тот". "Тот" in russian means "That". And the phrase "Город уже не тот" shuold be translated like "The city is not what it used to be". It's the last sentence in the video;) And I want to say one more time that you did great job.
