Bonfire Night at the Loop.pH installation in Letchworth

This Bonfire Night, visitors to Broadway Gardens in Letchworth were treated to an experimental performance involving Loop.pH, their team of art handlers, smoke machines, and giant inflatable membranes. During the course of the evening, the installation transformed from a delicate light sculpture to a menacing 'breathing' structure slowly inflating and deflating with smoke.

'Atmeture' by Loop.pH is a new commission by onedotzero for the Letchworth 'Fire & Fright' Festival 2014. The Festival ran from 28 October - 5 November.
