AVAILABLE NOW: A creative space to work and make your own

Now is the time to make a move!

Looking to downsize, need a flexible working environment with excellent transportation - or looking to move from a serviced office to your own space?

A beautiful converted hat factory that has been recently renovated into a bright lower ground studio with natural light and a calm atmosphere. Fantastic location, directly on Charterhouse Square, an oasis of calm and green space, with multiple transport options. Nearest Tube Stations: Farringdon and Barbican with the new CrossRail 1 minute away.

The interior space is flexible; we are open to sublet the whole studio or share the space. The building is very secure with only two other established artist occupants to share the main entrance, with the studio having its own private door.

The area is a highly creative one with the Barbican Arts Centre and its great architecture moments away and local design, architects, interiors and advertising companies frequenting the fantastic pubs and restaurants. The hip bars and restaurants of Shoreditch are also only a short walk away. And it's developing further as we speak. The new Museum of London will open at the end of road in 2024 and a complete cultural development of the Old Smithfield meat market is in progress, transforming it into a new cultural quarter for London to rival the SouthBank.
