a night of surreal audio and visual entertainment hosted by the hayward gallery after an experimental six-week workshop
counter:vision was an experimental six-week project and workshop led by onedotzero and Rob Rainbow from The Light Surgeons.
Hosted by the Hayward Gallery, the project aimed to generate visual responses and reactions to their Undercover Surrealism exhibition.
The results of the workshop were performed at onedotzero’s counter:vision event, which took place on Saturday 3 June 2006.
Curated by Shane Walter, counter:vision was an evening of shifting identities and digital rituals with short films, illustration and animation from Peepshow Collective, Black Convoy, New and Pandemonium, live performances from SAAM (Clor, The Rapture) and George Demure plus a DJ set by fashion Designer extraordinaire Giles Deacon.
