tempo - take a moment

onedotzero produced experiential moments in Berlin and Milan that were captured as two heart-warming short films for Tempo’s 2014 online campaign hub

Publicis approached onedotzero to produce and creatively direct two short films for their client Tempo’s 2014 online campaign hub.

Shooting on location, onedotzero took a guerilla projection van with a UK crew to Berlin and Milan to ask members of the public ‘If you could live one moment from the last year over again, which one would it be?’.

As each participant responded to the question, the most emotive elements of their answer were extracted and projected onto a nearby building. The film crew captured each person’s surprise as they turned to see their favourite moment of 2013 projected high on some of the cities most iconic surfaces.

onedotzero drew upon its extensive network to put together and manage a select team to deliver within super tight timescales and specific technical considerations.

Technology partners Aztec provided the projection technology and crew whilst directors Arlen Figgis and Geoff Searle of Unit 9 Films documented the entire process. Local producers Eimear Bruen of Platoon and Giulio Sarchiola of Studio Clue supported the production.

This team created two films, interviewing people and projecting their response on buildings across Berlin and Milan. The resulting two heart-warming shorts impressed the client and have been viewed over 300,000 times on Tempo's German and Italian Campaign Hubs.
